Ozzie was from my first breeding, Ch.Legacy Dress You Up Kaliphna “Maddy” bred to her ½ brother Ch.Delacreme de la Renta  “Oscar”.  This litter was filled with great beauty and wonderful temperaments. Ozzie became my first homebred Whippet champion. He was cream, which is a color that many people in the breed find distasteful. It takes even more outstanding qualities for a cream to become an American champion and Ozzie had them. He was my bed buddy, always there for me in happiness and sorrow, always a gentleman. I miss him everyday.  I am fortunate though in that my dear friend, Sandi Rolfe had the foresight to bred her beautiful Legacy She’s Got the Look “Shannon” to Ozzie.
