Kaija proves what you see is what you get. She is a 18 ½ in. and weights about 26 lbs. Her compact size is ideal for agility, speed and correct movement. She has the gentle curves and moderate angles that are defined in the American Whippet standard. Many people have commented that she has an “old fashioned” type look. I think she is the ideal type. Her sense of humor, intelligence and quiet ways have made her so close to my heart….I love everything about her. Being a Maddy daughter, she can always be trusted in any circumstance.  One of my biggest regrets in life will be that I waited too long to try to breed her. She never produced any puppies for me.
