Ashley was another beautiful cream from the Oscar x Maddy breeding. She went to live with Betty & John Richards, Camri Afghans, when she was 4 months old. I remember Betty remarking how much she looked like a porcelain statue. She had all the attributes of a beautiful, tastefully done statue reincarnated into flesh.  I also remember that Ashley and John did not hit it off right away and Betty worried she may have to return her. Thankfully they soon became great friends and Ashley lived a wonderful life with them. She loved to snuggle up with the Afghans, lying in their coat to keep her warm. Betty would take her on daily walks where she could run ahead to explore then race back pel- mel to her side. Betty & John say there will only be one Ashley and both they and the dogs miss her every day. Thank you Betty and John for giving her a wonderful home.
